The Manufacturing Capabilities in terms of basic machinery comprising of CNC , VMC , Auto Lathes , Swiss Twin Spindle Lathes , Special Wera Milling Machines , Resin Treatment equipment , clubbed with inspection facilities including measurement by CMM. Profile Contours make ideal combination for customer to develop parts with lower lead times and also giving the confidence for consistent production process.
We are able to undertake parts from as small as 5 mm diameter to as large as 160 mm diameter. We also have capabilities to process non-metallic parts viz aluminium castings , bronze parts as per customer specifications.
With additional facilities on Heat Treatment and Grinding , we have the capability to provide end to end solution to customer by delivering finished ground parts and even assemblies as per customer requirements.
