Continuous implementation of TS:16949 system is a major component of our quality system. Process FMEA , Gage R & R Studies and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) are also regular part of our Quality System

Stringent quality control, with use of statistical techniques, is applied at all stages of the manufacturing process. Our quality control process consists of :  

• In-coming inspection and Testing

• In-process inspection and Testing

• Final inspection and Testing 

Different control charts like X bar and R Charts are used in conjunction with the tools like Normality Checking, Process Capability Analysis to ensure that all processes are carried out under controlled conditions and yield defect free products. Sampling plan, OC Curves and 100% visual inspection ensures that only conforming products reach at customers end.
