Annealing Facility
Annealing Facility is equipped with latest technology, fully automated Bell type annealing furnaces for spherodized annealing of forged parts.
The facility includes:
- 9 point temperature calibrated furnace chamber for high levels of temperature uniformity
- PID based annealing process control
- Online monitoring/recording of process parameters.
- Microprocessor controlled highly efficient burners for uniform heat transfer & precise temperature control
- Automatic control of furnace atmosphere to keep decarburization depth at bare minimum.
- Supported with latest metallurgical test equipments including Leica 1000x
- Installed capacity of 500 metric tones of forged parts per month.
